How can I return the product I purchased?

As Kikiriki, customer satisfaction is very important for us. You can return the product you purchased in 15 days without any reason. The swimwear and lingerie products are not accepted due to hygiene. You may return the products in the original packaging provided that the labels have not been removed and used. You can follow the steps below for the return process. 1- Log in to your account. In the “My Account” menu, click to My orders.
  1. In the “Details Menu”, select the product and number you want to return.
3- Note the return code on the screen. 4 - Put the products in a single bag and send your invoice and return code to the relevant shipping company within 7 days. 5- When the return product is received by us, the process will be completed as soon as possible and you will be informed.
